My name is Paul Policarpio, UX/UI Designer. Currently working in the web and digital space. Cryptoassets. Newb in spatial computing.
18+ years creative & digital production experience, versatile designer wearing multidisciplinary hats.
I am an independent designer, engineer, and entrepreneur living in New York City.
I have been involved in a wide range of web/mobile development projects, with expertise in UX, problem-solving design, front-end (UI/Visual Design), product management, creative management, web analytics, and WordPress development.
I have had the pleasure to work on numerous successful web sites, and produce creative digital properties for a wide variety of clients, from small businesses and startups to corporate intranets, non-profits, and Fortune 500 brands.
I grew up in Queens, New York and attended Stuyvesant High School, a science and technology magnet school in Manhattan. My journey through higher education brought me to U. of Albany for a brief stint in Architecture/Design, and then to Stony Brook University where I studied Literature and Physics, eventually dropping out.
My interest in technology began when I was 9 years old, playing around with a computer. From there, I taught myself web and internet technologies, always looking out for tools that could benefit humankind, inspire people, and spark intellectual curiosity.
