My name is Paul Policarpio, UX/UI Designer. Currently working in the web and digital space. Presently a newbie in spatial computing. Involved in cryptoassets.
17 years of creative and digital production experience -- wearing multidisciplinary hats.
I am an independent designer, engineer, and entrepreneur living in New York City.
I have been involved in diverse facets of web/mobile development: UX, problem-solving design, front-end (UI/Visual Design), product management, creative management, web analytics to WordPress development.
I have had the great pleasure to work with many amazing organizations. I have developed and been directly involved in 75+ successful web sites and produced creative digital properties for clients ranging from SMBs, startups, corporate intranets, non-profits to Fortune 500 brands.
I grew up in Queens, New York. I went to Stuyvesant High School, a science and technology magnet high school in Manhattan. I briefly attended U. of Albany to pursue Architecture/Design and then went on to Stony Brook University where I studied Literature and Physics, eventually dropping out.
I first played around with a computer when I was 9 years old which sparked my interest in science, technology, and creativity. I am self-taught in web/internet technologies and always looking out for tools that will benefit humankind, inspire people, and spark intellectual curiosity.
